Parker Ranch Broiler located in the Parker Ranch Shopping Center, the old Parker Ranch Restaurant or some may know it recently as Tante's Restaurant. Next door to the food court and the Parker Ranch store this place re-opened. Glad to see this location open up again with their sizeable bar and ambiance, old pictures of paniolos and ranchers and the beautiful fireplace in the dining room a spot that has a real home feeling.
The look as you enter if you haven't been here before, the bar is on the left and the dining area is straight ahead.
Imagine dining around this beauty, nice and cozy.
This is what was for dinner. Beef Brisket coated with a Kona Coffee rub and BBQ sauce all over. Winnah! $18 on the menu and it was really good.
The Stuffed Salmon $28, was really good too!
They also have Prime Rib and Steak of the day, all Big Island Beef, which is all good no hormones and all the gunk.
If you not feeling the beef, they offer Fish of the Hour, yep not the day but what they have that hour. How fresh is that? Pretty Neat!
And you gotta finish off dinner with this right?
Dessert in mason jars. On the left a banana cream pie and on the right an apple pie. They also had a lilikoi upside down cheesecake too!
